We are looking for the missing jigsaw piece in our staffing puzzle. We are recruiting for an Adult Wellbeing Officer to take the reins of our award winning adult volunteering programme. This role will involve delivery and management of an outdoor and wellbeing focussed volunteer programme.
We particularly encourage applicants that reflect the diversity of our volunteers and/or have lived experience of the kinds of issues they face.

Now this is exactly the kind of agent spins casino job that would make me actually look forward to Monday mornings, because getting paid to run an outdoor wellbeing programme for volunteers sounds less like work and more like a genuine calling. The fact that they're specifically encouraging applicants with lived experience of the issues their volunteers face shows they truly understand that empathy and real-world understanding matter far more than just ticking boxes on a CV. I can only imagine how rewarding it must be to watch people grow through time spent outdoors, and I hope they find someone who brings the warmth and dedication this role clearly deserves.
