Swansea Community Farm is looking for new trustees to join our Board and help guide the next exciting chapter of our journey. 🌱
Who are we? We are a small community based charity where volunteers care for animals, the environment and each other to improve their mental health. We are looking for 3 or 4 people to join our small board of trustees and support our small, committed staff team to shape strategy, ensure financial stability and safeguard our values.
Could you be one of our new Trustees? We’re seeking passionate, committed individuals who want to make a difference locally. Whether you’re an experienced Trustee or completely new to the role, we’d love to hear from you.
What’s involved? As a Trustee, you’ll:
Help shape the strategic direction of the farm
Support our staff team and ensure strong, responsible governance
Attend regular board meetings
Be part of a friendly, welcoming team making a real difference in Swansea
This is a voluntary role, but the rewards are huge – knowing you’re helping to sustain and grow a much-loved community asset.
