We are recruiting for a Volunteer Wellbeing Officer to join our small and dedicated team.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and experienced in working outdoors and managing volunteers to manage the successful and established volunteer programmes at Wales' only city farm. Whilst the post is currently only funded until March 2024 we would hope to extend that further (depending on funding).
We particularly welcome candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds and lived experiences to reflect our volunteers.
