We are recruiting! Rydyn ni'n llogi!

We are recruiting for two jobs to work on our amazing volunteer projects. We are looking for an Adult Wellbeing Officer to lead and develop our adult (16+) volunteer programmes and a Youth Volunteer Wellbeing Worker who will work with under-25s on our adult and Child & Youth projects. You will be working in a fast paced environment supporting volunteers' wellbeing and developing opportunities for their learning and training. Feel free to apply for both jobs but please indicate whether you are applying for a particular role or both.

We encourage applicants who reflect the diversity of our community and/or have lived experience that would help them in the role.

You can find out more by looking through the job pack, but please get in touch with any questions. If you require any information in Welsh, please let us know.

These roles are funded by the West Glamorgan Regional Partnership and WCVA Volunteering Wales.

Please take a look at this film, where Farm staff talk about their work, why they love working here and some of the challenges we manage: Below you will find some examples of case studies, to give a window into the work we do with volunteers.

You can apply via the Google Form link, or download the documents and return to us.

Please submit your application by 23:59 on Wednesday 12th June. Interviews will be held on Wednesday 19th June.
