Are you passionate about creating meaningful impact? Do you thrive in a fast-paced supportive environment? If so, we’d love to meet you. We're recruiting for a Green Sparks Officer (Swyddog Sparciau Gwyrdd) to run our Green Sparks volunteering project.

We want someone who is passionate and experienced in working outdoors and managing volunteers to lead and deliver our National Lottery Community Funded Green Sparks Project. The right candidate will take responsibility for managing every aspect of the programme, including evaluations and reporting to funders and stakeholders. They will also work outdoors alongside volunteers aged 10-85, delivering Farm-based practical activities and training which improve the health, wellbeing and confidence of participants.
Swansea Community Farm is the only city Farm in Wales, and is focussed on improving mental health and wellbeing by reconnecting people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities with their food, their environment and each other.
We particularly welcome candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds and lived experiences that reflect our volunteers.
Application deadline 23:59 Thursday 15th January.
Got questions or want to find out more before applying? Come along to our Open Day on Saturday 10th January, 2–4pm. Meet the team, explore the Farm, and learn more about the work we do.
Please email info@swanseacommunityfarm.org.uk by Thursday 8th January if you’d like to come.
Or you can check out our video for a day in the life on the farm and see what being part of our team is really like! https://youtu.be/7YbiMA94rHs?si=H6NbDJwOV5EchR_B
