What a Week! Amazing Fundraising Success
What a week. Truly.
Thanks to the generosity, kindness and energy of our community, we didn’t just meet our Big Give Earthraise £10,000 fundraising target - we surpassed it, raising an incredible £11,061 in just one week. ❤️
Every donation, every share, every message of encouragement helped make this possible. We are so grateful to have such a passionate and supportive community standing behind us.
A very special thank you goes to the Garfield Weston Foundation, whose match funding doubled every donation. Their support played a vital role in helping us reach our goal.
Creating Lasting Impact
The funds raised will go directly into delivering hands-on green skills training for young volunteers. From sustainable food growing to wildlife habitat creation, these opportunities will help equip young people for future careers in the environmental sector.
At the same time, this work supports biodiversity, improves wellbeing, and helps people build a deeper connection with nature - something that has never been more important.
A Night to Remember: Our Farm Gala
And as if the week couldn’t get any better, we ended on a high with our Farm Gala on Saturday evening.
After months of planning, it all came together for what was truly a special night. It was an evening filled with celebration, connection and generosity and we’re so proud of what was achieved together.
Thanks to the incredible support of everyone involved, the evening raised vital funds that will directly support our work helping people improve their mental health and wellbeing through the farm.

What incredible news! Seeing the community come together like this to support the farm is so heartwarming. The hard work from all the volunteers and staff really shines through in milestones like this.
We held a small local gathering and raffle near the Pub Casino space last month to help spread the word, and the turnout showed just how much everyone values having green spaces and educational programs nearby.
Huge congratulations to the whole team—you all deserve every bit of this success!
Had a look through a few UK gaming clubs recently and found that most of them seem quite similar until you start digging into the details. The new polytunnel and improved animal housing will make such a difference for the farm and everyone who visits. Honestly, reading this has made me want to get more involved myself.
